ORDER QUESTIONS


1-WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method, which you can double check in your order confirmation email. According to our delivery terms, it is 7-25 working days (This excludes weekends and public holidays.)

If the delivery time has passed and you still have not received your goods, please contact our customer service atinfo@evolvingtrackab.se  with your order details. Be sure to send us your order number so we can investigate your order status for you.

 

2-CAN I CANCEL/AMEND MY ORDER? 

Once you've placed an order with us, our suppliers work hard to ensure we start packing and processing your order quickly, so once you've been charged we can't disrupt this process and make any changes.

If you are unsatisfied with your items or no longer need them, you are welcome to return them. The return address is attached with the return confirmation, and in this case you will be responsible for the full return cost.
 
 3-WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER GOES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?
 
Please take extra care when entering your delivery instructions at checkout, once an order has been placed we only have a short time to change an address, and unfortunately if your package has already been shipped, we cannot change your delivery address for you.

If you discover that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact our customer service atinfo@evolvingtrackab.se  with your order details and your correct address information. We will try to help you as much as we can!
 
 4-WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
 
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If for some reason you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still can't find this, please log into your account to check that your order was processed first, and if you're still having trouble, contact us at info@evolvingtrackab.se
 
5-WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING?
 
If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, please contact our customer service at info@evolvingtrackab.se  within 25 days from the date you order the products. In this case, Evolving Store reserves the right to confirm delivery and receipt to determine why your order was not received, then we will decide whether to send replacement items or refund your payment.
 
6-WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
 
We try as much as possible to ensure that you do not receive a faulty item, but very occasionally this can happen. Please contact our customer service team with photos of the faulty item, where a member of our customer service team will assist you further.
 
7-THERE IS AN ITEM MISSING ON MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you receive your order and an item is missing, please check your emails or spam to see if you have received an out of stock notification from us.

If you have not received this, please contact our customer service at info@evolvingtrackab.se with your order details so we can resolve this for you.
 
8-What are the shipping costs?

You always have free shipping if you shop between SEK 400-500 depends on which region globally you shop from.


Denmark & Finland: If you shop under SEK 400, shipping costs of SEK 99 will be added. 


USA: if you shop under 50 USD, there is an additional shipping cost of 19.90 USD will be added.


EU countries: If you shop under SEK 500, shipping costs of SEK 199 will be added.


International, Switzerland, Great Britain, Norway: If you shop under SEK 500, shipping costs of SEK 199 will be added.


Sweden: If you shop under SEK 400, shipping costs of SEK 79 will be added.

 

What are the Evolving Store's delivery times:

Once your order has been processed it will be shipped, on average delivery takes between 7 and 25 days.
We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers.

1-Which payment options can I choose from?

We offer our customers a wide range of payment options to choose from. Several different bank card payments. Klarna pay now, Klarna pay later, and Klarna Slice it. Apple pay and Google pay. PayPal Express.

 

2-How does Evolving Store use my personal data?

Evolving Store will process the personal data that you as a customer provide to Evolving Store to administer your order and your delivery of goods. Read more about our privacy policy here.

 

3-Can I track my package?

Yes, you can track your order as soon as your order reaches our supplier and has created tracking number.

 

4-What can I see if my package has arrived? 

When your package is available for collection, you will receive an SMS to your given mobile number or given E-mail address with information on where you can collect your package.
